Memberships run on a calendar year basis. Memberships are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Cost if purchased Jan 1 - July 31: $22 plus option of a $3 parking tag
Cost if purchased Aug 1 - Dec 31: $15 plus option of a $3 parking tag
